1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during account setup and keep it up to date.
• We use AWS Cognito authentication and may require multi-factor authentication to protect accounts.

2. Use of the Service

Nativ Ninja is a language learning service designed for personal educational use.

• You may upload or create content in supported formats such as image, video, audio, document, and text.
• You must only upload content you are authorized to use.
• You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.

3. Uploaded Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload or create in the app.
• You grant us permission to process that content to provide app features, including transcription, tokenization, and translation.
• Files may be stored in AWS S3 and retained to support product functionality and future reprocessing.

4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

• Access may include a free trial and paid subscription plans.
• Payment processing is handled by Polar; we do not store payment card details.
• You are responsible for managing renewal and cancellation via the billing provider.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers, including AWS, AWS Cognito, Brevo, and Polar. Availability of some features may depend on these providers.

6. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to maintain or improve the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nativ Ninja is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
